The Two Sides of Pinkie Pie

Holy crud, I'm so happy this is finished. I believe I worked longer on this than any other drawing. I didn't draw Pinkamena's hair quite right, but at least the shading looks good!

This is my first of what I hope will be more MLP fanart. I really wanted to draw Dashie, but I guess I don't work that way. Aw, well. Oh, yeah, I kinda used a base as a reference for this but I cannot find it for the life of me.

Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash have impossible hair to draw, you say? I actually found Pinkie's hair easier to draw than Pinkamena's. I guess it's because I have curly hair myself?

EDIT 2: I've gotten a couple comments from people who say that they can relate to Pinkie Pie in this drawing; that they often feel similarly to the way I drew her. Well, I didn't really have this in mind...I mainly wanted to draw Pinkie Pie in a way that was show-accurate, but also relateable and....realistic, in a way? Which with Pinkie Pie being Pinkie Pie is not very easily pulled off... But you guys have no idea how happy that makes me as an artist to hear people say they can relate to my art in a personal way. Really. Your comments mean the world to me.
