Rainbow Dash is! 
This is a work in progress that I may or may not finish. I was attempting a different style and I am not happy with the result. I don't think it looks like Rainbow Dash at all, and the hair just looks funky. However, I'm very happy with the shading, especially on the hand. Meh, I hate her eyes.... Holy glob, I spent three days trying to draw those eyes. I don't think they'll ever look good.
